Refund and Return Policy

Our refund policy is 30 days after the receipt date. The invoice we sent out must be included in order to obtain a refund. A full refund will then be issued to the cardholder, once our customer support has processed the request. Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return.

Shipping and Returns. When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. You may return or exchange a product or service purchased from this website within 30 days from the received date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. Customer service can be reached Monday-Friday 9am EST- 5pm EST to facilitate providing a RMA# and refund. Certain jurisdictions may provide additional statutory rights. Nothing herein is meant to limit your return or cancellation rights under local law.
